About Me
I’m Mahrukh — founder of Circl’d Women’s Massage Therapy.
I am a licensed massage therapist and pursued advanced education through the Barral Institute, integrating visceral manipulation into a practice designed to support women’s health.
My work began with my own journey of coming full circle.
After pregnancy, I was diagnosed with diastasis recti — a condition that left me without core stability for seven years. I tried traditional physical therapy, but nothing changed. I was told surgery was the only option.
Then I discovered visceral manipulation, a gentle manual therapy that works with the body’s inner systems. It was the turning point that gave me my life back — my strength, my confidence, and my ability to do the things I loved again.
That experience shaped my purpose: to help other women heal the way I was healed — by addressing the root cause, restoring function, and guiding the body back to balance.
CIRCL’D reflects both my journey and my philosophy — that healing is not linear, but cyclical. We come back to ourselves, to our bodies, to our wholeness. We come full circle.
